minors ages 16+ need...

• Accompanied by parent or legal guardian, with state ID or passport.
• "Legal Guardians" need court documents proving legal guardianship.
• Birth certificate for minor.
• ID with picture and name of minor. If minor doesn't have actual ID then something like a school year book photo or school ID will be acceptable.

Please call the shop prior if you have any questions! Please bring physical copies of each, as we are required to make copies of these documents to attach to your paperwork. These are the SNHD rules that we have to follow, sorry no exceptions!
